Sooo hard to keep up with healthy eating when you're at work, bored, sleepy and anxious! Ok, no excuses but I failed for today.
I do Focus T25 everyday, before work, I wake up at 03h30 am to get ready for my daily videos so by this time 16h30, I'm sooo sleepy and bored (at work) that just drives me crazy. I'm trying to keep a below 1200 kcal diet.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 April 2015:
1450 kcal Fat: 75.63g | Prot: 95.56g | Carb: 106.09g.   Breakfast: Egg, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Natural Cheese, Bob's Red Mill Chia Seed. Lunch: Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade). Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Toasted Coconut Cookie Thins, Olvebra Chocosoy, Olvebra Chocosoy, Pineapple, Coffee, Whole Foods Market Stevia, Milk (Nonfat). more...

I know the LCHF diet, I did last year but this is not the moment for going back to it. thanks :)

Only did it for a month or 2, was ok but I guess I would have to try it for a little longer to make a better evaluation about it!
