I don't know if this is for everybody but i started drinking green tea 2 to 3 times a day and you can even get it in green tea to go. those little pouches for your water bottles. Its supposed to help speed uo the thermogenisis in your body. I also make myself a smoothie every morning with 1 tbsp of milled flaxseed in it it help fill you up and provides you with healthy fats. I also eat small amounts every 3 hours. It is starting to go really well. Friday march 23 i weighed in a 217.6, then friday march 30th i weighed in at 215.6 and yesterday i almost fell off my scale when i weighed myself and it said 212. I will post my recipe for my smoothie for everyone. I hope this advice helps someone else.

Super! Great results. I recently read in a local paper how beneficial green tea is. I've been thinking about switching from coffee but I like my cup in the morning. With your results I may need to give it a goal. Thanks.
