Sorry I haven't logged in for a few days...or even posted what I am eating. I have been watching what I eat (to a degree) but have had anxiety this past week when my co-worker's young daughter passed away suddenly. I've had too many losses in the past 8 months (my 30 y/o nephew; my 61 y/o sister; my 82 y/o mother and my cousin's 52 y/o husband) and now this. I had so much anxiety that I went to the doctor last Friday and she wanted me to take an anti-depressant. Pills are not my bag but I am making it through and forging ahead. I'll pop back on when I'm feeling better and have good news to share...hopefully that will be the case very soon.
