Weight stable. Changing up number of calories, not sticking to a rigid routine, a bit higher carb today (temperature very cold on the West Coast today!) and very close to 20g fibre. That fibre is great for cleaning the interior landscape. Super easy, just add All Bran to yogurt. My gut loves it! And I feel full. Nice!
170.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
