I've been away from this too long and have reverted to some of my old habits. I've gained about 10 pounds back. Now, there are several things I can choose to do. Ignore it and keep gaining, or take it for what it is and get back to work. I actually had 4 oz. of Harvati cheese for lunch (in my salad) thinking that it was okay, because of it being zero carbs - imagine my SHOCK when I entered it in fatsecret and discovered those 4 oz. cost me 440 calories - no wonder I am gaining weight!~ okay, time to get real again and get and stay focused on what I consume.
