This system has my daily calorie at 2100, but I would like to stay between 1200-1400 calories a day. Only because I am not as active at this time. Try to stay below 1500 calories a day.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
