Got a nice workout in today. Focused on proper form, slow reps, no momentum swinging. So even though I didn't lift as heavy, I feel like I got a good work on my muscles. My arms definitely liked it. 💪💪
371.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 171.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
