Protein pancakes with banana and blueberries

Pancake batter:
1 Cup Soya Protein Isolate (from Health Connection Wholefoods)
3 Eggs
Vanilla essence
Cinnamon
Baking powder
Milk
Water

Makes about 6 pancakes!
