What you get/have to eat when your last century ride training build took you 97 miles in at a 5400 cal burn. And, yes I’m eating it all and no not all at once. But I could lemme tell ya.. I definitely could 😂

Hi HCB - This is a winter indoor challenge on my recumbent stationary. The roads and sidewalks are not safe enough to run or bike with the melting snow and I thought this would be a great challenge to do to keep me in shape for the backyard 70.3 half iron man I want to start training for in March. I confess to totally underestimating this challenge. It definitely tests both mental and physical fortitude in true ultra fashion.
