Woke at 204.0. Had to travel to Winchester, Virginia, to meet with one of the far-flung offices of my agency, so not many steps today. Too bad I can't claim steps for miles driven! Got there early and didn't have my coconut oil today so was famished by 10. We went to... Waffle House! And what do you eat at a waffle house? You guessed it. Big breakfast but that held me until 3pm, when I ate a Quest bar. So, home now at 5:30 and the scale says 205.4. Will do an hour on the treadmill and then something light for dinner.
