223 today! Still avoiding the temptation of the chocolate cake in the refrigerator! It's been a busy week, but just squeaking by in keeping my meals planned a day ahead. That helps me a lot, so try to keep a priority on that. Today will be salmon for dinner....lunch might be tricky, taking my kid to a movie.
