I've been eating low carb high fat. I've been wondering if I should be eating higher protein lower fat. I've tried researching it but some is so technical I don't fully understand what they are saying. Would love to here opinions!

Do what works for you! Some people lose better with higher fat, others lose better higher protein. Some people do high fat days while they do high protein.

When I was doing LCHF I seemed to do best with at least 50% fat. If I dropped below that then the weight loss would stall. I've seen others say they had to keep the fat higher. So just play around with your percents and keep an eye on the scale to find out what works best for you.
