Clinic cancelled for "flood day." None at home, thankfully, but river expected to breech to the roads on my only two possible routes in. Trying to make the most of the unexpected day off by taking part in an early morning vinyasa class (virtual) and hopefully may squeeze in some outside time if we get a good break in the rain this afternoon. 🙏
No scale at home to know how I'm doing with weight but definitely feeling stronger and visibly more toned just in the six weeks or so I've been diligent about diet and exercise, so I can definitely be pleased with that irrespective of what might be going on with the scale!
