Praise the Lord! Weight held steady this morning, even though I haven’t had a bowel movement since Tuesday! Should get a nice drop when things start moving again.
Yesterday and Wednesday were both very high/m-calorie days (both just under 2,000 calories). The Pretzel Crisps and the crème brûlée will both be gone after today, PTL.
Today will be #12 of walking 2-1/2 miles a day. Day #80 since I started walking one mile a day! I guess I won’t really feel like it is a “habit” until I no longer have the need to keep track of how many days it has been.
Even though the last two days have been high, I’m still in the 1,600’s for Average Calories per day for this week.
