Thanks Debbie! 😊 I feel like if I could get down to 230 -240 that would be a good weight for me….. a place where I would feel comfortable and still be able to enjoy food and life. Lol Back in 2016 I was able to get down to 195. It was part of a New Year’s weight-loss challenge at my local gym. But at that weight there was nothing left of me. I will see this weekend if I can dig up some old pictures. 😉
