I so badly want to lose 40 pounds, but unfortunately don't have the motivation to go to the gym on a regular basis. I own 3 horses and work with on of them at least 2 times a week. Lately I have been rebuilding a fence (removing posts with a jack, digging holes and replacing posts by hand). That has gotten me down a few pounds from 175, but I still need to do more. I am trying to set new (small) goals for myself this week. 1. Finish the fence 2. Go to the gym at least 3 times this week 3. Eat smaller portions more often
