Still at work gang, little over 24 hours now. Be fierce out there on the mountain today. Stay motivated to be the person you want to be & remember, the quickest way to be that future you, is to create it. So do not fear the difficult path ahead to achieve your goal; fear the hard lessons that you will endure if you don't.

You stay fierce. 24hrs awake and on the job is rough on the body and the mind (especially at our age). When I let my self get worn down is when the demons come to play. Stay Strong - Keep Climbing.

24 hours--you need to rest. Remember that sleep is just as important to losing weight as food or exercise. Be careful that you aren't overdoing. I have to tell you-your posts are so positive. You motivate me. Thank you. Please be careful and make sure you get some rest.

Big@Heart, I just read your bio information because you supported my journal entry. I want you to know the struggle is the common denominator that has us all here on this mountain side. We are here for you. I am by no means an expert at this. I have to still lose the equivalent of a heavyweight fighter to hit my goal, but know this. I will do it. I know I will do it because I flipped my switch mentally & have chosen olive life the way I am now living. I invite you to pack your gear & climb this mountain with us. We will help you & you will help us. We will do this.
