phew... I didn't gain over the holidays... even with moving stress etc. Eating and drinking crap!!! I won a fitness and nutrition scholarship, so I will be getting on track again 100%.... bought a scale last night, as I have misplaced mine in the move, and I'm purchasing a full length mirror this morning! photos soon
