Went back to the gym today and I felt a lot better when working out. I did cut the treadmill out after about a half mile. Only had shortness of breath a couple of times and worked through it. Had a glucerna and a few almonds after and it helped with the sugar crash. Thanks for all of the input on how to do this from everyone! It helps using the experiences of all of you.
