Yay! I love good news like this.
If work is too much please consider 1/2 days for a week or 2. I had to do that after my back surgery.

Oh I’m not doing full days upon my return. I lead a large, busy and complex operation but super lucky to have my team and have flexibility with how many hours I start with.
