Starting tomorrow for the next 30 days, I intend to do a little experiment on myself to see what effect giving up sugary snacks will have on my weight, my well-being, sleep and also the challenges I face to carry this out. I am generally a very scientific and data-led person, so this could be the personal evidence I need to make a long term lifestyle change. So I will log my weight and list everything I ate daily on this journal. Hope I can do this!
