When I was a young, skinny (borderline underweight) freshman, I used to eat a lot of peas and lima beans. Looking back on it, I think I ate more peas and lima beans than anything else. I'd stick it on small helpings of pasta.
Note to self: purchase a ton of lima beans. :)
Other notes: Have lost 2 inches off of my arms since I started this diet! :) (From 14" to 12".)
Reference: I have 18" inch (front width only--42 to 44" circumfrence) shoulders and 36" hips when thin.
