I wonder what the feed back is if I lose more than 1-lb in a week? Because "Diet followed reasonably well" is a real buzzkill. But it's realistic.

I am having a good on-program day. Ate a reasonable breakfast and lunch, for a total of 18 points. I don't want to go over 30, but I really want to come in way under. 12 points left to come in right at 30. But I want to do an average of 30pts/day for about three weeks and then go down to 28.

I also want to bump up my exercise after vacation, add in that Tuesday morning weights class, and keep up my 5 aquas. We'll see what that does.

If I focus and keep telling myself that I must stay on-plan, and that's working quite well today. I hope to continue this trend tomorrow and for the future as well.

And when it cools off in my room, I'll organize my clothes and keep my next size down so I'll have something tangible to shoot for.
