So easy. Very hot oven (450F). Spray large baking sheet with nonstick. Throw on fresh 1-lb green beans and about 30 cherry tomatoes. Drizzle all with a tablespoon olive oil, a tsp of 25% McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning, a pinch of sea salt (and whatever floats your boat, like a few pinches roasted garlic powder, red chile flake and lemon/orange zest). Toss ingredients on tray with tongs into a single layer and roast in hot oven for about 10-12 min (you can give them a toss at 5 min mark), until slightly charred and tomatoes burst. This was SO good! It's shocking how easy it was. About 5 servings -- I just added to my cookbook.

Oh, yes, wholefoodnut -- i like the cherry tomatoes just roasted off in the oven...i was surprised how much i liked it a few yrs back! The roasted tomatoes make a great pasta topping with shaved parmesan and also and interesting topper for beef slices. Just simple and good.

I was thinking pasta as well. Maybe a little eggplant if one had it all topped with fresh chopped basil.and good parmesan or pecorino. Will have to try it this summer. A terrific way to use those sweet 100's.

That recipe sound great, going to try it for sure. Can't wait to get the ingredients fresh from the garden but that's at least a couple months away.
