Day 2 of Beta Switch. Day 1 went pretty good - other than missed workout as I forgot I had to drive Sam to tutoring. Went for 20-30 walk but little energy by 6 pm.
Will try to workout at lunch to avoid lack of energy at end of day.
Had 3 milk choc eggs not on plan but no dark chocolate or wine... Had some "ouzo" candy - need to cut out all extra sugar.
Drank all my water.
