I noticed that when you’re eating right it is easy to count the calories. Planned meals are the key to being successful in this. I knew the holidays were going to be a tough hurdle but I didn’t know they’d be this tough. Fortunately with this new knowledge I’m not just going to sit here like “ what happened to me?” I know what to do. I’ve done a poor job recently of logging my meals. That changes today.

Yeah it’s all those little snacks and they’re all over there house right now. I’m looking forward to the holidays being out of the way.
