63 days ago, I said, “I think I’ll start walking a mile a day.” Haven’t missed a day since, PTL. Fifty-two days ago, I said, “I think I’ll increase to 1-1/2 miles a day,” and I’ve done it every day. Yesterday, I said, “I think I’ll increase to 2 miles a day starting on the first,” but I went ahead and started yesterday. With the Lord’s help, I’ll be able to keep this new goal until it becomes a habit also. I know it’s not much exercise compared to what a lot of you do, but for me, it’s a great accomplishment. It only burns about 250 calories a day, but every little bit helps. Now, I don’t consider myself to be completely sedentary, and I can say, “I exercise every day,”
