As of july 1st.. I decided that by hook or by crook, i was going to tackle this issue. I decided to go back to my old food plan.. Kaye Sheppard's Food Addict: the body knows.. Sugar free, wheat free, gluten free.. and very low carbs. Adding my exercise on a daily or alternate days plan, writing my food down and committing it to someone and returning to OA as well as journaling, praying and doing therapy of some sort..
316.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 106.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 July 2011:
2319 kcal Fat: 122.00g | Prot: 127.79g | Carb: 242.60g.   Breakfast: chobani yogurt. Lunch: Quaker low fat granola bar, sauerkraut, 3 hot dog. Dinner: mediterranean Chicken salad TGIFridays. Snacks/Other: 2 peaches, 1 Cup non fat yogurt, planters salted cashews, Tropicana orange juice, veggie chips. more...
gaining 3.5 lb a week
