Supergainz1 give it a try you will definitely want a pad for the bar and put a bunch of plates on the bench to weight it down. I need to come up with a new way to add more weight I'm thinking about loading up the ex curl bad with plates and holding that's against my chest or just below me. the 20lb vest plus the 45 lb plate isnt enough resistance anymore my reps are getting too high but once I get towards the end my hamstrings are on fire!
