Today I went walking with my brother. :)

Over the summer I live with my fam out in the country so I have a pretty view when I walk/run out here. I walked 6,150 steps and 1.03 miles.

Some improvements:
1) fixed my food diary to show fiber - yay! And sugar!
2) increasing daily fibere
3) exercising every day!

When I drink juice, I dilute it with club soda 1/2 to 2/3. (Love my juice!) I'm also drinking a lot more water, and I feel really healthy.

I'm going to try to lower my calorie intake slightly tomorrow. I want to aim for 1400 calories. (The week after that I'll try for 1200, and I won't go any lower than that for an average unless I'm eating an extremely well rounded diet with adequate protein and carbs.) I want to lose 1.5 pounds this week.
