15 push-ups 120 crunches 27 squats 50 minute walk
spent yesterday packing my life to move and the week before that working on building my cabin. tons of work every day, and tried to keep with reasonably low calorie intake for the amount of activity. still gained weight. hopefully it's muscle from all the construction work...but we'll see...
