Today is another one day challenge that includes the following goals.

1. Stay under calorie total
2. Continue with 16:8 IF
3. Stay under 10% for carbs
4. Walk 10,000+ steps
5. Be a positive and loving influence to everyone I interact with today.

My weight loss/health journey is a series of one day challenges. I am incredibly grateful to those who reached out to me privately to be a support and accountability partner for each other. Please message me if you would like another person to support you in this journey.

I’ll report back at the end of the day with the final results.

I met 4 of the 5 goals. I needed 4,000 more steps. I need a “punishment” if I don’t meet all five goals tomorrow. Any ideas?

Punishment? Not sure I think that's a good idea. In the spirit of the season how about doing something for a neighbor that could use a hand instead. Trash cans, shovel snow, etc. That way you end the day feeling good.❣️
