So after 5 weeks of 1100-1300 cal less than 20 carbs a day and 2-3 days at gym I've only lost 5-7 lbs. 13 months ago I weighed 265 and then12 months of eating as much and anything I wanted (fried, cake, candy, etc.) I weighed 255. So the low carb diet has been a joke and a disappointment and my belief the body is going to be what it wants to Bria found to be true.
