Day 3 of the rotation diet. Still on 1200 Cals/day. It's getting difficult due to the low calories and hunger. I'm at less than 2/3 of what my resting EE is calculated to be. At least tomorrow I bump it up to 1500 Cals/day. At least I'm down almost 1 lb so far.
Yesterday I decided not to work out with the trainer. I went to the park and did sprint intervals. A 4 minute (1 lap) warmup and then 1 minute sprints with 1 minute of brisk walking. I did 12 intervals and a 3 minute cool down. Total time was 30 minutes and I was sweaty and worn out.
Tonight I'll probably go to the gym and do intervals on the ladder for 30 minutes to get some arm involvement. If I do that I know I'll be pouring sweat. Nothing better than the feeling of a good workout.
