Yesterday was not a good day and I did not have a good night's sleep last night either. Good grief - so much going on in my head because of work and my impending vacation in less than 2 weeks! I need to pick up my tax return from my accountant and turn it in with a cheque for taxes owed and HST collected during my consulting work!

So today the weather is expected to be crappy - cold with freezing rain (I thought we were in Spring! Bah .. humbug!). Anyway, it's supposed to take an upturn after today in temperature, etc. so that's something to look forward to. My eating is not fully back on track as yesterday I overate in the evening (sigh....) - I need to go back and record my food to see how I did- I believe it was well over my RDI. I am eating as flaky as I feel in my emotions! Weird TMI is not helping! I am so over peri-menopause right now .... I wish my body would make up its mind and just go for it!

Well today is another day to write a new chapter in my WOE - need to buckle down, dig deep and get back on track. Bulletproof coffee, poker-face - Serenity now! Have a good day all - and be golden!

I've tried lot's of diets & Low Carb is the only one I've ever gotten good results from. BTW I love Bulletproof coffee. Wishing you the best.

I am just starting. I am down 1.5 lbs. already. Wow Just know I need to report all foods helps me not to eat some stuff.

I want to try bulletproof tea (can't drink coffee), need to get one of those frothers to mix it up. Maybe Bed Bath & Beyond has them.

bmainwaring: I've had bulletproof tea and its great also! My preference is actually tea but I've been needing the coffee for "medicinal" purposes i.e. to wake my brain! I use my emulsifier to froth the whole thing in a pinch!

jenn you are so good at this! you can do it! i think of you on my tough days, especially since the kids are home and on vacation this week! we are having an icy freezing spring day and just hanging out at home; I haven't been writing as often but look forward to reading about what's going on and your successes! xoxo Tulip

You'll do fine. We all have bad days and you can't worry yourself. It's hard when it's yucky weather. I live on the East Coast and there was a little promise of Spring, only for it to return to damp, cold weather again. LOL. It's so much easier when it's nice out--to walk, garden, be active. I think that's why so many people in the warmer climates are thinner and healthier.
