ive been super stressed out lately, and i realllly want to eat everything. all the food. but when i walk around and when i look in the mirror, i feel soo much better and dont want to ruin my progress. Had a 150cal protein bar to feed my stress....

hunger passes, any snacking increases insulin and subsequent insulin resistance. if you cut out sugar and processed food your cravings will go away. deep breathing will provide the same stress relief. it is so easy to reach goal and then 3 months later boom, you're back where you started. good for you for speaking to yourself positively regarding how you look and feel now!
