Okay, I haven't made a dr. appt yet but I know I should. Staying so low in my calories and working out with weights 20 minutes and doing between 40 - 60 min of stationary bike daily. Why am I not losing weight??? I have made a commitment to start back recording all my foods on my food journal again. Also going to start recording my exercise again. Maybe in a week someone can help me look over my journals and see where I'm going wrong. Alright I'm about to go to bed now but will start recording again today!

If you are staying below 1200 calories and doing that much exercising then you are throwing yourself into starvation mode and your body is going to keep the weight not get rid of it. You need enough food to fuel your body to live and that includes exercising. You are essentially doing more harm than good.

Thank you! I had no clue what i'm doing wrong. I have found that I'm not hungry at all most of the time these past few days. I will remember at 3 pm that I haven't eaten all day. Another mistake I'm making is not eating breakfast. I take sam-e which is taken on an empty stomach then I will realize a few hours later that I haven't eaten. I appreciate your info Shia! I am so discouraged because I have been working SO hard.

Hi Ive been the same too, not felt hungry at all either then at 6pm thought I etter make something to eat so I cook a meal. I cant stomach breakfast and never really could tho. Ive been having crisp bread 29 cals with a little bit of houmous or soft cheese as a mid morning snack. Other thing is it could be water retention if your not drinking at least 8 cups a day? Thats what ive been told by oher members in the past when my weight was not moving for a month at the start. xxx

Thanks Rebecca! I was drinking about four 32 oz. water bottles but the past week I cut that down a lot because I didn't know if it might be adding to the weight problem. I realized that yesterday I only ate about 750 calories. Today I'm going to do better. I will have to try the crisp bread. I bought some laughing cow light soft cheese and I love it. I was thinking of eating it with celery. Thanks so much for your help!
