Only lost 1.2 pounds last week, but it wasn’t a gain, PTL! I’m at 34 pounds lost in 22 weeks. That’s an average of 1.545 pounds a week. Respectable loss.
I’ve already got this week’s menu planned at under 1,600 daily average calories. Next week, I think I’m going to try to give myself a little boost with a 1,450/day goal.
My grand daughter has been asking for Peppermint Bark for Christmas. Thankfully, it’s not my favorite thing, so it shouldn’t be too tempting to over-indulge in it. I will probably be making a Franklin Nut cake, but I’ll give most of it away. That one would be a major temptation to keep in the house!
Made it through Thanksgiving! Now I need to plan for Christmas! Not sure if we’re going to be celebrating on Christmas Eve or after church on Christmas Day. That will be a deciding factor for the menu choices.
