My weight has stayed steady, which is better than gaining. Although I don't see much change on scale I feel change in how I feel and in my clothes. Possibly some muscle mass has been gained ? :)
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
