So I lost a little bit of weight! baby steps baby steps... I have only been working out 3 days a week so I am trying to amp that up a bit. I guess I have been doing the diet for about 9 days. I know most people lose a lot more weight in the first week but i know its because I still drink alcohol. I am young, single, live in the city and its summer. I always try to drink vodka/clubs to cut down on sugar but mojitos are my weakness!
