Tried pre-workout for the first time today (a company I ordered protein powder from sent a sample).. damn!!! I definitely was able to lift longer today than I usually do. I don't think I will keep taking it though.

probably the 600 MG of caffeine 😃 I drink 1 or 2 cups off coffee with my creatine mixed into it pre workout but actual pre-workout is crazy high in caffeine not something you want to take long term . keep up the workouts 💪
