So I dropped 2 pounds from yesterday. The only thing I did different was not eat carbs after lunch time, and I also increased my protein/fat percent. OH - and I drank a lot of water! I guess this is what I needed to do differently. Thanks everyone for the support
164.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
