Did pretty good at work today. I was really hungry this morning, but I knew I had to wait an hour before I could eat because of my thyroid medicine. Ended up getting busy and not being able to eat until ten. I'm loving salad for lunch! Hubby is cooking me Salmon and brown rice for dinner tonight. I can eat fish every single day of life and salad, I think and be happy, as long as I get my pizza once in a while. I'm thinking of trying the cauliflower crusted pizza again. My big concern is going to be Easter. Ham is really salty and I know there will be a lot of different things. I'm going to eat a little of everything, but maybe just a tablespoon for taste. How does everyone else handle the Holidays?
