So decided about 3 days ago. If I’m not happy in my body, and I don’t like how I feel, ( I don’t feel health) and if I don’t like that I’m busting out of my clothes. The only person that can fix it is Me. So I’m really trying to change my eating habits. More fruit, veg and homemade flavored water! I gave my self 2 cheat days, I get to eat what ever I want, as long as if I feel full I stop! I gain a s$!t load of weight with not smoking(4yrs now) and my knee getting surgery. Now back to work and old happier thinner Me!

Yes I’m doing 2 cheat days! I restrict my self as to what I eat the rest of the wk. And if I don’t go crazy and eat half a cake or a gallon of ice cream, I should be ok? I kind of it helps my goal so I don’t feel so, restricted.
