welp. I'm back. basically gained back the 5 lbs I lost. Having a slight medical issue ( degenerative joint disease... it's a pain....literally!). So I said screw it for the diet for now. I'm ok enough to start again , but still not able to excersizes. let's see how long it takes me to lose the 5 lbs again ...
122.8 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

My Doc because of light exercise restrictions and weight inducing medications stated that 4 pounds a month lost would be great. Don't be hard on yourself.

I used to have alot of joint pain. It was hard to lose weight without exercise. I decided to focus on diet, anti inflammatory foods mostly, apnd do as much as I could exercise wise. for me, diet had to come first and my joint pain decreased over time... now I dont feel it at all and im a beast at cardio! stay focused and determined and never give up!
