2 workouts today. 50 minutes of upper body focused weights and 35 minutes of boxing (10 Rounds). You know its a good workout when you are shaking after.
And as a bonus, as of today I am on VACATION!! Woo hoo! Not that I am going anywhere, just not work. I do have a bunch of songs to learn for NYE though, so I will probably spend the week learning Lizzo, Gayle, Dua Lipa, and more. Fun times!
