Ok still haven't gone to 135 and below, I need to loose one more pound, and this week I can't even say I will succeed because I am definitely using aunt flow. can't do heavy work outs coz you know... kinda challenging... may be its an excuse but truth is I find it hard to get motivated around this time.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
