I sooo want to lose this dreaded weight!!! My body is hurting all the time. I have to use my dumb inhaler all the time. I want to feel good physically. I did this before, I know I can d it again. I just didn't think I had depended on the JC program so much. But I guess I got started on there and learned portion control. That is my biggest fault. I ate a whole pizza plus some to myself last night. BIG no no. I have got to retrain my stomach!
