no, it stands for muscular adaptation programming. in the way I was meaning. basically just a workout plan centered around phasing rep ranges

I modified the “Mass Builder” program Brian Alsruhe set up on his YouTube channel a couple years ago (with good success until I got sick). Otherwise I’m pretty linear. But keep asking; I’m pretty sure some people on this site can talk about it with you. I just never saw varying reps expressed as MAPS.
