Yep you sure do need to up your calories you are not going to be able to keep this up.....that's the nice thing on the Atkins you do eat food and shouldn't feel hungry.....

Absolutely agree. Even if you are loosing weight now, if you keep your calories at that your level, you losses will come to a screeching halt.
